They seem to have dropped a lot in the last few months, but this is crazy...

Am I missing something? If I bought that, can I use it on my laptop via USB? Or my desktop via USB?

Missing something...

Well, something is missing...the link does not work anymore.
My guess is that someone screwed up and the product page was taken down.
