When I replaced my damaged motherboard I upgraded my memory. So, I have two sticks of Corsair XMS series memory.

Specs:
256 MB 184 pin DDR.
CAS 2
PC270 (333 MHz DDR)

These sticks overclocked very well to around 365 MHZ (with higher latency, of course). They might even go higher, but my CPU was maxing out at that buss speed, so I don't know what the max is for the memory.
This is not a matched set for Dual Channel DDR, though the specs are the same, they have not been tested together for Dual Channel.
I am asking $50 for each stick, or $95 for both. If you are not local, we can workout the postage.
